General Terms and Conditions

This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the German version of this page prevails.
Registration
Registration for the Sport und Spaß Camps must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Once we have received your registration, you will receive a written confirmation by email together with an invoice for the transfer of the participation fee.
If the confirmation does not arrive automatically, you are required to contact the administration at info@sportundspass.ch by email.
Without presenting a confirmation, there is no entitlement to take part in the programme.
Registration is no longer possible once the registration deadline has passed.
Every registration received is binding, even if, for whatever reason, the confirmation email cannot be found in your inbox.
Participation fees & payment confirmations
Participation fees are charged for taking part in the programmes of Sport und Spaß Camps; the amounts are stated in the registration.
These fees must be transferred before the start of the event.
If the participation fees are not paid in advance, the right to participate may lapse; in this case, the obligation to pay is governed by the cancellation terms below.
- A processing fee of CHF 20 is charged with the 2nd reminder
- A processing fee of CHF 50 is charged with the 3rd reminder
Cancellation
Up to 3 weeks before the camp:
The amount is refunded in the form of a voucher, less a processing fee of CHF 50.
If the camp fee has not yet been paid, the invoice remains due. The corresponding amount is, however, refunded in the form of a voucher, less a processing fee of CHF 50.–.
From 3 weeks before the start of the camp:
The camp fees are not refunded.
If the camp fee has not yet been paid, the full camp fee will be invoiced.
Due to illness or accident (with a medical certificate):
The amount is refunded in the form of a voucher, less a processing fee of CHF 50.
If the camp fee has not yet been paid, a processing fee of CHF 50 will be invoiced.
If individual camp days are missed due to illness or accident:
On presentation of a medical certificate, the missed camp day is refunded at a flat rate of CHF 50 in the form of a voucher.
If no written cancellation is made (e.g. if participation was forgotten), the full participation fee will be invoiced as normal.
Cancellations must be sent to info@sportundspass.ch and are accepted by email only.
Cancellation by Sport und Spaß Camps
The programme only takes place if a minimum number of participants is reached.
Sport und Spaß Camps reserve the right to cancel the programme at any time against a full refund of the participation fees.
Liability for accident / illness / damage to property
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
Sport und Spaß Camps accept no liability for accident, illness or damage to property of a participant.
Liability for theft / loss
Sport und Spaß Camps are not liable for theft or loss of valuables or cash.
Information on state of health
By registering, it is confirmed that the participants are healthy, fully fit for sport and able to complete the training programme without restrictions.
The participants take part in the training at their own responsibility.
Allergies, any necessary medication and disabilities must be communicated in writing to Sport und Spaß Camps and the camp leaders before the start of the event.
Conduct of the camp
Participants must follow the instructions of the camp leaders.
If instructions are repeatedly not followed, the leaders may exclude the participants from training or from the programme.
In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.
Photo, video and data rights
By registering, the participants and their legal guardians agree that images and film recordings (data) of the participants may be made and may be distributed, shown publicly (including on the internet), published on social media channels and used for their own advertising and communication purposes by Sport und Spaß Camps and by third parties involved in running the camp (e.g. external coaches, photographers, videographers, sponsors or media partners), unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
Severability
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, they shall be replaced by provisions that come as close as possible to the intended economic purpose.
The remaining provisions remain valid and unchanged.
